Acer Aspire 4810TG Wifi
The WiFi in your laptop, if so equipped, uses an adapter in order to connect to your home network. You are better off buying a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have. Finding a WiFi adapter is easy due to the fact that all you need to know beforehand is the current operating system on your laptop. Most USB wireless adapters are simply plug and play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will handle everything from there.
Indications the WiFi adapter will eventually need to be replaced
- The wireless adapter driver cannot be installed
- The WiFi adapter on your laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
- Your WiFi signal goes out randomly throughout the day
