Acer Aspire 6800 Wifi
Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because all you need to know is the operating system that is installed on your Acer Aspire 6800. The WiFi in your desktop, if so equipped, uses a piece of hardware in order to connect to your home router. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. You are better off buying a new USB adapter and install it, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have.
Simple signals your wireless internet adapter is going out
- The wireless signal disconnects and reconnects over and over again
- The wireless adapter on your desktop is unable to connect to the internet
- The WiFi adapter driver suddenly shows as uninstalled
