Acer Aspire E1-772 Wifi
The WiFi in your laptop, if so equipped, uses a piece of hardware in order to connect to your wireless router or modem. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. You are better off buying a common WiFi USB adapter and just plug it in, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy due to the fact that all you need to know beforehand is the current operating system on your Acer laptop.
What happens when my WiFi adapter really needs to be replaced?
- Your WiFi signal goes out randomly over and over again
- Your WiFi in your Acer laptop does not connect at all
- The wireless adapter driver gives errors when installing
