Acer Aspire M5600 Ram
Your desktop RAM stores random bits of data that the CPU is currently using for programs. A computer will not boot without having the RAM installed. Random Access Memory is considered temporary storage as all the data it holds gets blanked out every time you turn your desktop off. The RAM speed is prescribed within the specs of the motherboard, while the size is governed by the OS. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like documents or pictures. But, it will affect the speed of your desktop. If you need to buy more RAM and are unsure, remember that bigger is always better!
What are the signs that the RAM board will soon go out?
- The main screen does not display correctly when you start your desktop
- Nothing happens as you start your system
- The main operating system does not show the correct amount of RAM
- The OS produces random errors on your desktop throughout the day
