Asus AP130-D5 Wifi
The WiFi in your server, if so equipped, uses an adapter in order to connect to your wireless router or modem. It is much simpler to buy a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your server may have. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy due to the fact that all you need to know beforehand is what OS you are running on your Asus AP130-D5. A lot of newer wireless adapters are simply plug and play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the operating system will take care of the rest.
Signs of an unhealthy wireless internet adapter
- The wireless adapter driver shows it as not installed
- The WiFi drops multiple times every day
- The wireless adapter on your server cannot see the SSID coming from your router
