Because Asus uses one power charger that is probably used on other similar units, be certain to thoroughly note the part number that is needed for this model. A universal power adapter can be used if yours is unavailable or backordered. When purchasing a replacement adapter, the actual Asus brand is the best one to choose. If your decision is to purchase a different brand charger, it is imperative to note both the voltage and amperage output.
