Integrated, or onboard, graphics are almost never as good as a dedicated video card, in general. There are two types of video cards, integrated and dedicated. An integrated graphic card is built-in to the main board, while a dedicated graphics card is an individual piece of hardware that is bought and installed separately. A dedicated graphics card is pretty much required for high-end games on the desktop like Battlefield, Fortnite or Far Cry. At the moment, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is in second. A graphics card processes graphics and sends the rendered images to a monitor where it is displayed for you. Most new desktops will have at least one PCIe slot open for a video card to be installed.

Dell Dimension 4700 video card should really be bought in factory new condition due to possible wear on an old used video card. It is always best to note the OEM part number before buying a video card replacement. Make sure to try and get computer parts from a site you know when you buy online.
