Purchasing a new Dell Dimension 9100 power supply can be a breeze, especially if you still have the old PSU to measure, size-wise. The power supply in your Dell desktop supplies all the power for the hardware in the computer. It is always better to replace an old power supply with at least the same watts, if not bigger. It is usually pretty easy to install a power supply in the Dimension 9100 desktop.
