Dell Inspiron 531 Wifi
WiFi, or wireless internet, makes use of a wireless adapter in order to connect to your router. Finding a WiFi adapter is easy because all you need to know is what OS you are running on your desktop. You are better off buying a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own.
Warnings your internal WiFi will soon need to be replaced
- The wireless adapter on your desktop does not connect at all
- The desktop wireless driver suddenly shows as uninstalled
- Your WiFi signal goes in and out over and over again
