You are better off buying a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have. Searching for a new adapter is simple because the only thing you have to know is what OS you are running on your aio. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the system will install the drivers automatically. The WiFi in your aio, if so equipped, uses an adapter to send and receive signals to and from your home network.

Dell OptiPlex 9030 WiFi should really be bought new for obvious reasons, including possible wear on any older used one. Please be sure to re-check the OEM part number before placing an order for a new WiFi. Make sure to try and get electronic parts from a site you know when you buy online. The Dell aio will be better off if you buy the right parts.
