Dell PP36X Wifi
The WiFi in your laptop, if so equipped, uses an adapter to communicate with your wireless router or modem. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because all you need to know is the current operating system on your Dell laptop. A lot of newer wireless adapters are plug-n-play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will handle everything from there. You are better off buying a new wireless USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
Clues to watch for to know your wireless internet adapter is not going to last much longer
- Your WiFi in your Dell laptop is unable to connect to the internet
- The WiFi goes out randomly during the day
- The wireless adapter driver suddenly shows as uninstalled
