Dell PowerEdge 650 Ram
The RAM speed is imposed within the specs of the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is governed by the OS. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not have the ability to store files such as text documents or movies. Instead, it has more to do with the speed of your server. RAM is a type of volatile memory as the data it holds is removed when you shut down your system. Some RAM is mandatory in order for your server to run. Your server RAM stores random bits of information that the central processing unit uses for executing commands. If you are ever in doubt, remember that you can never have too much RAM.
Important hints your RAM has to be replaced
- The software does not show the right amount of RAM
- Silence when you initiate your server
- The screen does not display anything when you turn your system on
- You get a lot of random errors on your server as you use it
