Dell PowerEdge T110 II Wifi
Finding a WiFi adapter is easy because the only thing you have to know is the operating system that is installed on your Dell server. It is cheaper and easier to purchase a new wireless USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your server may have. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, which means you simply plug it into a USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. WiFi, or wireless internet, uses an adapter in order to connect to your home router.
Warnings the WiFi adapter will not live much longer
- The WiFi adapter on your server will not connect to your router anymore
- The server wireless driver suddenly shows as uninstalled
- Your wireless internet connection disconnects and reconnects over and over again
