Dell XPS 17 L701X Ram
Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not have the ability to store files such as text documents or movies. Instead, it does have a correlation to the speed of your laptop. The RAM in your computer stores pieces of data for the CPU to use for applications. Random Access Memory is considered temporary storage as the data it holds is erased every time you turn your laptop off. The clock speed of the RAM is dictated by the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is dictated by the system software. Some RAM is mandatory in order for a computer to even boot. If you need to buy more RAM and are unsure, remember that you can never have too much RAM.
