Dell XPS 400 Video Card
Dedicated video cards are necessary for high-end games on the desktop like Overwatch, Battlefield or Far Cry. A graphics card processes the input and sends the resulting images to an external monitor where it is displayed for you. Integrated video cards are almost never as good as dedicated graphic cards, generally speaking. There are really only two kinds of video cards, integrated and dedicated. An integrated graphic card is built-in to the main board, while a dedicated graphics card is an individual piece of hardware that is bought and installed separately. Most new desktops will have at least one spot available for a dedicated video card to be added to the system. Currently, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place.
