Dell XPS 710 H2C Wifi
WiFi, or wireless internet, uses an adapter to send and receive signals to and from your router and modem. Searching for a new adapter is simple because the only thing you have to know is what OS you are running on your Dell desktop. You are better off buying a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have. A lot of newer wireless adapters are plug-n-play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own.
Cues of an unhealthy wireless card
- The wireless signal has trouble connecting every day
- The WiFi adapter driver shows it as not installed
- The wireless adapter in your Dell desktop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
