Gateway 7210 Ram
RAM stores small bits of data that the central processing unit uses for executing commands. RAM is considered volatile memory as its storage is deleted every time you turn your server off. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like documents or pictures. Instead, it does have a correlation to the speed of your server. Some RAM is mandatory in order for your server to run correctly. The RAM speed is prescribed within the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is governed by the system software. If you are ever in doubt, just know that it is impossible to have too much RAM!
What warnings should I watch out for to know if my Gateway RAM is not working properly?
- The main operating system does not report the correct RAM size
- Emptiness fills the air when you boot up your server
- You tend to have random errors on your server intermittently
- The server screen does not turn on when starting up
