Lenovo G780 Wifi
Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because the only thing you have to know is the operating system that is installed on your Lenovo laptop. WiFi, or wireless internet, uses a piece of hardware in order to talk to your wireless router or modem. A lot of newer wireless adapters are simply plug and play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. It is much simpler to buy a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
Signs of a poorly working WiFi adapter
- Your WiFi in your Lenovo laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
- Your WiFi signal drops for no reason all the time
- The wireless adapter driver gives errors when installing
