Lenovo ThinkCentre 0958 Video Card
A dedicated graphics card is pretty much required for any high-end games you play on a desktop like Far Cry, World of Warcraft or Battlefield. A graphics card processes graphics and sends the resulting images to an external monitor where it is displayed for you. Currently, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place. There are really only two kinds of graphic cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard itself, while a dedicated graphics card is an individual piece of hardware that is bought and installed separately. Most newer computers will have at least one PCIe slot open for a dedicated video card to be installed on the motherboard. Integrated video cards are almost never as good as a separate video card, in general.
