Lenovo ThinkCentre 3245 Wifi
Finding a WiFi adapter is easy because all you need to know is the operating system that is installed on your Lenovo desktop. The WiFi in your desktop, if so equipped, uses an adapter in order to connect to your router and modem. A lot of newer wireless adapters are plug-n-play, which means you simply plug it into a USB port and the operating system will take care of the rest. You are better off buying a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have.
Important hints your internal WiFi should need replacing
- The WiFi goes in and out throughout the day
- The WiFi adapter on your desktop is unable to find a signal from your router
- The desktop wireless driver shows it as not installed
