Lenovo ThinkCentre 7049 Video Card
A graphics card processes graphics and sends the rendered images to a monitor where it is displayed for you. Integrated, or onboard, graphics will never be better than a dedicated video card, generally speaking. There are really only two kinds of graphic cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard itself, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. Most newer computers will have at least one spot available for a video card to be installed on the motherboard. Dedicated video cards are necessary for most games you would play on a desktop computer like Overwatch, Battlefield or Far Cry. At the moment, nVidia rules the dedicated card market, while AMD is sitting in second place.

- The graphics on your screen produces lines
- The Lenovo ThinkCentre 7049 freezes when beginning a game
- The display does not show up when starting up
- A driver for the video card fails to install like it should
