Lenovo ThinkCentre 7597 Ram
Your desktop RAM stores pieces of information that the central processing unit uses for applications. The clock speed of the RAM is predetermined through the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is determined by the software. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like text documents or movies. But, it has more to do with the speed of the computer. Your desktop cannot run without having RAM. RAM is considered volatile memory as all the information held gets removed every time you turn your desktop off. If there is ever a doubt, just be sure to remember that you can never have too much RAM in your system.
Do you know if your RAM memory is dying?
- You get a lot of random errors on your desktop as you use it
- The software does not report the correct RAM amount
- The desktop screen does not turn on when you turn your system on
- Nothing happens when attempting to start your desktop
