Lenovo ThinkCentre 8095 Ram
The RAM in your computer stores random bits of data that the processor uses for programs. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like programs or emails. Instead, it does have a correlation to the speed of your desktop. RAM is a type of temporary storage as all the data it holds gets blanked out when the system shuts down. Some RAM is mandatory in order for a computer to run correctly. The speed of the RAM is prescribed within the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is governed by the operating system. If there is ever a doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
Indications of a weak stick of RAM
- The main screen does not turn on when you start your desktop
- Silence when attempting to start your system
- The system cannot report the right RAM amount
- The system produces access errors on your desktop as you use it
