Lenovo ThinkCentre 8111 Video Card
There are really only two kinds of video cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard itself, while dedicated is a separarate piece of hardware that gets installed. Integrated, or onboard, graphics will never be better than a dedicated video card, generally speaking. Almost all newer desktops should have at least one PCI Express slot available for a dedicated video card to be installed on the motherboard. Currently, graphics card maker nVidia is the most popular in the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place. Both an integrated and dedicated video card processes the input and renders images to the monitor where you can see the results. Dedicated video cards are pretty much required for most games you would play on a desktop computer like Battlefield, Fortnite or Far Cry.
