Lenovo ThinkCentre 8135 Video Card
Both an integrated and dedicated video card computes and sends the resulting images to an external monitor where it is displayed for you. Most newer computers will have at least one PCIe slot open for a dedicated video card to be installed on the motherboard. There are really only two kinds of video cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard itself, while dedicated is a separarate piece of hardware that gets installed. A dedicated graphics card is necessary for most games you would play on a desktop computer like Overwatch, Battlefield or Far Cry. Integrated, or onboard, graphics are not as good as a separate video card, generally speaking. Currently, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place.
