Lenovo ThinkCentre 8414 Wifi
Finding a WiFi adapter is easy because all you need to know is what OS you are running on your Lenovo ThinkCentre 8414. Most USB wireless adapters are simply plug and play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. You are better off buying a new wireless USB adapter and just plug it in, than to replace any built-in adapter your desktop may have. The WiFi in your desktop, if so equipped, uses an adapter in order to talk to your router and modem.
What signals that my wireless internet adapter is dying?
- The wireless signal drops for no reason during the day
- The WiFi adapter in your Lenovo desktop does not connect at all
- The desktop wireless driver shows it as not installed
