Integrated display adapters are not as good as a separate video card, in general. Most newer computers will have at least one PCIe slot open for a video card to be added to the system. There are really only two kinds of graphic cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated cards are built-in to the computer itself, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. A graphics card computes and sends the rendered images to a monitor where it is displayed for you. Dedicated video cards are typically a required piece of hardware for any high-end games you play on a desktop like Battlefield, Fortnite or Far Cry. Currently, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place.

Make sure to try and buy computer products from a reputable seller when buying via the internet.
