Lenovo ThinkCentre 8910 Ram
Some RAM is mandatory for a computer to boot up. RAM is a type of temporary storage as all the information held gets removed every time your turn the computer off. Your desktop RAM stores pieces of information that the processor uses for applications. The clock speed of the RAM is imposed within the specifications from the motherboard, while the actual storage size is dictated by the OS. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not have the ability to store files such as picture or movies. Instead, it will affect the speed of your desktop. If you are ever in doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
Subtle hints your desktop RAM has very little life left
- You may get quite a few weird errors showing up on your desktop as you use it
- The screen will not display anything when starting up
- Nothing happens when trying to power on your desktop
- The OS cannot report the right amount of memory installed
