Lenovo ThinkCentre 9961 Video Card

There are two types of graphic cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated graphics are integrated into the motherboard itself, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. Integrated, or onboard, graphics are not as good as a separate video card, generally speaking. A video card computes and renders images to the monitor where you can see the results. Currently, nVidia rules the dedicated video card market, while AMD is in second. Dedicated video cards are pretty much required for any high-end games you play on a desktop like Battlefield, Fortnite or Far Cry. Almost all newer desktops should have at least one PCI Express slot available for a video card to be installed on the motherboard.
