Lenovo ThinkCentre A60 Ram
RAM is considered volatile memory as the data it holds is erased every time you turn your desktop off. RAM stores pieces of data that the processor uses for applications. RAM is necessary for a computer to run at all. The clock speed of the RAM is prescribed within the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is determined by the operating system. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like text documents or movies. But, it has more to do with the overall speed and quickness of your Lenovo. If you need to buy more RAM and are unsure, just know that it is impossible to have too much RAM!
Elements of a failing RAM memory
- Emptiness fills the air when trying to start your system
- The main operating system fails to come up with the correct amount of memory installed
- You may get quite a few invalid access errors on your desktop throughout the day
- The screen will not display correctly when you start your desktop
