Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 72Z Video Card
Almost all newer desktops will have at least one spot available for a dedicated video card to be installed on the motherboard. Dedicated video cards are required for high-end games on the desktop like Overwatch, Battlefield or Far Cry. There are really only two kinds of video cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated is built into the motherboard, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. Integrated, or onboard, graphics are almost never as good as dedicated graphic cards, generally speaking. Both an integrated and dedicated video card computes and sends the rendered images to a monitor where you can see the results. Today, graphics card maker nVidia is the most popular in the dedicated card market, while AMD is in second.
