Lenovo ThinkPad 390E Wifi
WiFi, or wireless internet, uses an adapter in order to talk to your router and modem. Most new Wifi adapters are plug-n-play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will handle everything from there. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because the only thing you have to know is the operating system that is installed on your Lenovo laptop. You are better off buying a new USB adapter and install it, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have.
Some warnings the WiFi adapter needs replacing
- Your WiFi in your Lenovo laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
- Your wireless internet connection disconnects and reconnects during the day
- The WiFi adapter driver cannot be installed
