Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E430 Wifi
Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because the only thing you have to know is the operating system that is installed on your Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E430. WiFi, or wireless internet, uses a piece of hardware in order to talk to your router and modem. A lot of newer wireless adapters are simply plug and play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. It is cheaper and easier to purchase a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
What signals that my wireless internet adapter is on its last leg?
- The laptop wireless driver shows it as not installed
- Your WiFi on your laptop does not connect at all
- Your WiFi signal goes in and out all the time
