Lenovo ThinkPad T61 Wifi
WiFi, or wireless internet, uses an adapter to send and receive signals to and from your router and modem. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because all you need to know is what OS you are running on your Lenovo ThinkPad T61. Most new Wifi adapters are plug-n-play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the operating system will take care of the rest. It will be easier to buy a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have.
Subtle hints the wireless card has to be replaced
- The WiFi adapter on your laptop is unable to find a signal from your router
- The WiFi disconnects and reconnects over and over again
- The WiFi adapter driver suddenly shows as uninstalled
