Lenovo ThinkServer 392 Wifi
Most USB wireless adapters are plug-n-play, which means you simply plug it into a USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own. The WiFi in your server, if so equipped, uses a piece of hardware to send and receive signals to and from your home router. Searching for a new adapter is simple because all you need to know is the current operating system on your server. You are better off buying a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than to replace any built-in adapter your server may have.
Some clues the WiFi adapter is going to die
- Your WiFi in your Lenovo server cannot see the SSID coming from your router
- The wireless signal drops for no reason all the time
- The wireless adapter driver cannot be installed
