Lenovo ThinkServer TS200 6529 Ram
Random Access Memory is considered temporary storage as all the data it holds gets deleted every time your turn the computer off. RAM stores pieces of data that the computer uses for programs. Having the RAM installed is mandatory in order for a computer to even boot. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like text documents or movies. Instead, it will affect the speed of your server. The RAM speed is prescribed within the specifications from the motherboard, while the size is determined by the system software. If you are unsure about the size of the RAM to buy, remember that bigger is always better!
Simple signals your RAM will not last the year
- The main operating system does not report the correct amount of memory installed
- Silence when you start your system
- The screen does not turn on when you start your server
- The OS produces random reboots on your server intermittently
