Lenovo ThinkStation 4223 Ram
Having the RAM installed is mandatory even for a computer to run at all. RAM stores small bits of data that the processor uses for executing commands. Random Access Memory is considered volatile memory as all the data it holds gets deleted when the system shuts down. The RAM speed is prescribed within the specifications from the motherboard, while the actual storage size is guided by the system software. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not have the ability to store files such as documents or pictures. Instead, it will impact the speed of your desktop. If there is ever a doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
Subtle hints your RAM has little time left
- The screen does not turn on when you start your desktop
- The main operating system does not show the correct amount of RAM
- Emptiness fills the air as you start your system
- The system produces random reboots on your desktop intermittently
