Panasonic CF-55 Video Card
Almost all newer desktops should have at least one PCI Express slot available for a graphics card to be added to the system. Integrated, or onboard, graphics are almost never as good as a separate video card, in general. Dedicated video cards are pretty much required for any high-end games you play on a desktop like Overwatch, Battlefield or Far Cry. Currently, graphics card maker nVidia is the most popular in the dedicated video card market, while AMD is sitting in second place. There are really only two kinds of graphic cards, integrated and dedicated. An integrated graphic card is built-in to the main board, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. A video card processes graphics and sends the resulting images to an external monitor where it is displayed for you.
Easy warnings of a worsening desktop video card
- The graphics on your screen depicts colors that are all wrong
- Your Panasonic crashes when beginning a game
- Nothing seems to come on as you boot the PC
- A driver for the video card has issues installing all the way
