Sony PCG-F370 Wifi
The WiFi in your laptop, if so equipped, uses a piece of hardware in order to talk to your home router. Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because the only thing you have to know is what OS you are running on your Sony PCG-F370. A lot of newer wireless adapters are plug-n-play, which means you simply plug it into a USB port and the operating system will take care of the rest. It will be easier to buy a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
Signs the wireless card needs replacing
- Your wireless internet connection drops multiple times during the day
- The wireless adapter on your laptop will not connect to your router anymore
- The WiFi adapter driver cannot be installed
