Sony PCG-F709 Ram
The RAM in your computer stores pieces of data for the CPU to use for applications. RAM is considered temporary storage as the data it holds is blanked out when the system shuts down. A computer will do nothing at all without having the RAM installed. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the processor, it does not have the ability to store files such as documents or pictures. Instead, it has more to do with the overall speed and quickness of your Sony. The RAM speed is imposed within the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is dictated by the operating system. If you are unsure about the size of the RAM to buy, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
