Sony PCG-FX190K Ram
RAM is a type of temporary storage as its storage is deleted when the system shuts down. The RAM speed is predetermined through the specifications from the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is dictated by the operating system. Random Access Memory, RAM, stores random bits of data that the processor uses for applications. Having the RAM installed is mandatory for a computer to boot up. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like programs or emails. But, it has more to do with the speed of your laptop. If you need to buy more RAM and are unsure, just be sure to remember that you can never have too much RAM in your system.
Important signs your RAM will have to be replaced
- Silence as you try to boot up your laptop
- The OS produces invalid access errors on your laptop intermittently
- The main screen will not turn on when starting up
- The software does not report the right amount of RAM
