Sony PCG-FX340 Ram
Your laptop RAM stores small bits of information that the central processing unit uses for programs. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like picture or movies. Instead, it does have a correlation to the overall speed and quickness of your Sony. The RAM speed is dictated by the specs of the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is determined by the OS. Random Access Memory is considered temporary storage as the data it holds is deleted when you shut down your system. Some RAM is mandatory for your laptop to boot up. If you are ever in doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
Simple warnings that your RAM memory is almost going bad?
- Nothing happens as you try to start your system
- The OS fails to come up with the right RAM size
- You tend to have random reboots on your laptop intermittently
- The main screen will not display correctly when you start your laptop
