Sony PCG-SR33 Wifi
WiFi, or wireless internet, uses an adapter in order to talk to your router and modem. Finding a WiFi adapter is easy because the only thing you have to know is what OS you are running on your Sony laptop. Most new Wifi adapters are plug-n-play, which just means that you only need to put the adapter into an available USB port and the operating system will take care of the rest. It is cheaper and easier to purchase a common WiFi USB adapter and install it, than to replace any built-in adapter your laptop may have.
Cues of a laboring onboard WiFi
- Your wireless internet connection drops multiple times during the day
- The wireless adapter driver cannot be installed
- The WiFi adapter in your Sony laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
