Sony PCV-RS500 Ram
RAM is crucial for a computer to run at all. Your desktop RAM stores small bits of information that the central processing unit uses for executing commands. The clock speed of the RAM is imposed within the specs of the motherboard, while the actual storage size is determined by the operating system. RAM is a type of volatile memory as the data it holds is erased when you shut down your system. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like documents or pictures. Instead, it has more to do with the speed of the computer. If you need to buy more RAM and are unsure, just know that it is impossible to have too much RAM!
Clues the RAM has little time left
- The desktop screen does not turn on when you start your desktop
- Emptiness fills the air when trying to start your system
- The system produces random errors on your desktop throughout the day
- The OS cannot report the right memory amount
