Integrated video cards are almost never as good as dedicated graphic cards, in general. There are two types of video cards, integrated and dedicated. Integrated is built into the motherboard, whilst a dedicated card is purchased and installed onto the main board. Dedicated video cards are pretty much required for any high-end games you play on a desktop like Battlefield, Fortnite or Far Cry. Both an integrated and dedicated video card processes the input and sends the resulting images to an external monitor where you can see the results.
