Sony VPCCW15FX Wifi
Buying a wireless adapter is quite easy because all you need to know is what OS you are running on your laptop. The WiFi in your laptop, if so equipped, uses a piece of hardware in order to talk to your home router. It is cheaper and easier to purchase a new USB adapter and just plug it in, than it is to replace any type of OEM adapter you might have. Most new Wifi adapters are simply plug and play, in that you just plug it in the USB port and the OS will install the drivers on its own.
Subtle hints your internal WiFi is going out
- Your WiFi signal drops for no reason throughout the day
- The wireless adapter in your Sony laptop cannot see the SSID coming from your router
- The WiFi adapter driver cannot be installed
