Sony VPCW Ram
RAM is a type of temporary storage as the data it holds is deleted every time you turn your laptop off. The clock speed of the RAM is dictated by the specifications from the motherboard, while the actual storage size is determined by the software. Random Access Memory, RAM, stores pieces of data that the central processing unit uses for executing commands. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like picture or movies. But, it will affect the speed of the computer. Some RAM is mandatory in order for your laptop to boot up. If there is ever a doubt, remember that you can never have too much RAM.
Some warnings your laptop RAM will soon need to be replaced
- The main screen will not display anything when you turn your system on
- Silence as you try to initiate your laptop
- You get a lot of invalid access errors on your laptop intermittently
