Sony VPCZ2 Ram
Your laptop RAM stores random bits of information for the CPU to use for executing commands. The speed of the RAM is predetermined through the specifications from the motherboard, while the actual storage size is guided by the system software. RAM is actually volatile memory as all the information held gets blanked out every time your turn the computer off. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the processor, it does not hold files like programs or emails. Instead, it will affect the speed of the computer. Your laptop is unable to run without the necessary RAM properly installed. If you are ever in doubt, just know that it is impossible to have too much RAM!
Clues of a deteriorating RAM memory
- You get a lot of random reboots on your laptop intermittently
- Silence when trying to start your system
- The software does not display the correct memory size
- The laptop screen does not display correctly when you start your laptop
