Toshiba Mini NB520 Ram
Some RAM is mandatory in order for the Toshiba Mini NB520 to run correctly. RAM stores random bits of information that the CPU is currently using for programs. The speed of the RAM is dictated by the specs of the motherboard, while the actual storage size is dictated by the operating system. Due to the fact that RAM is temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like documents or pictures. But, it has more to do with the speed of the computer. RAM is considered temporary storage as all the information held gets removed every time your turn the computer off. If you are ever in doubt, just know that more RAM is a lot better than less RAM!
