Toshiba PSKGGU Ram
RAM stores random bits of data for the CPU to use for applications. The speed of the RAM is imposed within the specs of the motherboard, and the minimum storage size is dictated by the operating system. A computer is unable to run without having RAM. Because RAM is only temporary storage for the CPU, it does not hold files like programs or emails. But, it does have a correlation to the overall speed and quickness of your Toshiba. RAM is actually temporary storage as all the data it holds gets deleted every time your turn the computer off. If you are unsure about the size of the RAM to buy, just know that it is impossible to have too much RAM!
How can I tell if my stick of RAM is not working right?
- Emptiness fills the air when trying to boot up your system
- The main operating system fails to come up with the correct memory size
- You may get quite a few errors on your laptop as you use it
- The main screen will not turn on when booting up
